As there are so many ways to train our bodies it is a personal trainer's job to plan a session with you which will help you achieve your goals in a way you can enjoy. This often involves considering injury prevention or recurrence and posture assessment. Training can take place with an individual or a small group and in a variety of locations - at their home, in private studios, gyms, pools, and in the great outdoors.

It is a combination of diet, sleep and exercise which make our bodies what they are. As such I offer nutritional advice as well as a fitness instruction. I cater to a broad range of fitness levels employing a broad range of exercise methods. A session should be enjoyable and challenging, something which you look forward to. My clients' goals have included increasing their running speed, loosing weight, improving stamina for surfing, toning tummies after giving birth and developing flexibility. You can use weights, balance balls, resistance bands, boxing equipment, or just your own body weight, according to the results you're after.
Analysis of your diet often reveals simple ways to improve your body. If changes to a diet are recommended we agree a gradual process to achieve long term change.
