Classes

Yoga

I teach public classes at the Park Club, Milton Park at 1:05pm on Mondays and Thursdays.  This is a private members club.  Non-members may attend by paying £10 and arriving with a member. Call the club on 01235 206777 to book.

I teach private yoga classes by arrangement.

Running

Tuesdays, Sutton Courtenay at 7:15pm

Wednesdays, Drayton at 7:15pm

Thursdays, Blewbury - ask for details

Body Balance

Types of classes:

Yoga: I teach Iyenga based and Vinyasa flow type classes, which include pranayama.  These sessions are open to all levels of ability and experience.

Running: My run groups incorporate running technique development with many types of training sessions (hills, fartlek, tempo, weight- bearing).  We regularly measure our fitness using the bleep test and timed runs. All sessions are appropriate for all levels. 

Body Balance

A mixture of flowing yoga, tai chi and pilates, choreographed to uplifting music.
