- This is a mixed ability yoga class based on Iyenga yoga
with some Astanga Vinyasa, I qualified
with Physical Yoga. Bring a yoga mat and water (blocks and straps if
you have them). No previous yoga
experience necessary.

- Ideal for loosing weight.
Includes a run, technique coaching and injury prevention
exercises. I am qualified with Run In England as a run leader (UK
Athletics affiliated).

- Aqua Tone

- A fun class that tones your body with games & exercises that really
work. No previous exercise experience necessary. Call to find

- Body Balance

- A mixture of Tai Chi, yoga and Pilates which endeavors to strengthen
your body, calm your mind and improve your flexibility in a 45minute or hour long
session to music. Great for bad backs, tight muscles, & to relieve
stress. This class is excellent for runners & cyclists. It will strengthen
your stomach, legs, upper and lower back.
