  • Diploma in Personal Training (& nutrition) – REPS level 3 award

  • RuninEngland Run Leader – England Athletics affiliated

  • Yoga instructor - training with Physical Yoga

  • Les Mills Body Balance instructor

  • Advanced Fitness Instructor award

  • Gym Instructor – level 2 award

  • First Aid

Completed: half marathons, biathlon and triathlon. Jeet Kune Do/Kali Purple Belt.

Taught: climbing, abseiling, quad bikes, Body Combat, Circuits, Aqua Tone, Abs classes
